Our Story

It all started one day, several years ago, when my lash technician asked me if I wanted to try brown mink lash extensions as opposed to the standard black ones. She said that they would complement my dark brown hair and soften my look. And I would get them the lengths I liked, which was between 15 - 18mm.  Basically, a little longer than your own natural lashes without extensions.  I took her up on her offer and boy, did they! I would receive compliments and was constantly sending people to her so they too, could get these brown lashes. I fell in love and that day forward only wore brown lashes...until Covid hit in March 2020. When "outside" opened back up and it was time to get back into my regular beauty maintenance regimens, my beloved lash tech moved onto a profession that was better suited for her financially. I set out to find her replacement and was majorly disappointed. I found another technician who was outstanding with her application; she even had brown lashes in her inventory, but they were the wrong ones. I asked her if she could order the ones I wanted and to no avail, after almost a year, no brown lashes. She encouraged me to go back to the black lashes; she thought I was no longer interested since I stopped asking for months. I was not happy. However, I was determined. No way was I giving up. I searched high and low for brown strip lashes just to hold me over, in brick-and-mortar stores and online, and again...a dead end. My solution was to just create my own brand offering an array of exclusively brown lashes; thus, Brown Lash'd Beauty was created. 🤎
